This book details my story and some of my trials including chapters on Navigating the Holidays, Tough Days, God’s love and Signs of Hope.

Over 25 years ago my fiancé suddenly and tragically died of a massive heart attack. At the time, he was in great health with no known medical issues. I immediately sank into a deep dark pit of grief. I could have easily died of a broken heart in that pit. My recovery was lengthy and difficult. Thanks be to my Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ I was able to overcome the tragedy.
